Upcoming Cycle Events in Sydney

For those of you cycle-heads that want to meet other cyclists, Sydney’s got a couple events lined up this month to provide you that opportunity!

Sydney Riders Festival 2018, one of the biggest events for cyclists all around the area has a bunch of fun packed and informational events lined up! The festival will begin on the 6th of October and will carry on all the way till the 27th of October, 2018.

Within the festival, there are multiple events that you may be interested in attending! The ones that are coming soon include:

Cargo Bike Parade and Picnic

This event is great for those who want to cycle with their families or pets! There will be experts and experienced cyclists on-site to provide you with advice on how to bike with the fam-bam.

Where: Camperdown Memorial Rest Park, Federation Rd, Newtown NSW 2042, Australia When: Saturday 6 October 2018 from 9am to 11am

The Big Adventure

One fun event for those with a liking towards outdoor games and activities, for one day the Sydney Park will be transformed into a huge playground with activities including mountain boarding, parkour, breakdancing, rock-climbing, and footy clinics.

Where: Sydney Park, Sydney Park Road, Alexandria                                                         When: Saturday 6 October 2018 from 9am to 4pm

Light the City

Mrs Macquarie’s Road will be closed off to facilitate this amazing event with activities such as silent disco, roller racing, glitter ball arena, and more!

Where: The Domain, Art Gallery Road, Sydney (Enter at Mrs Macquaries Road) When: Saturday 27 October 2018 from 6pm to 11pm
